This bears reference of visit of my wife to your outlet in Sector 8, Chandigarh on 15.2.2016 at around 6:30 pm for a hair cut. She got the hair cut done but while paying for the same she was not given any bill. The staff sitting on the counter said that the printer is not working and they do not have any other form in which bill could be provided. An amount of Rs. 680/- was charged without giving any bill to my wife. I would also like to inform you that this has become a regular practice among your staff for charging money with all taxes but not providing any bill. You are advised to kindly see and provide appropriate reply at your earliest.
