One of our client mr. Biswadeb biswas also a orthopaedic patient of your hospital with mrn: c[protected] under dr. C. S. Dhar and nowe under dr. Golam hasib.
He had a post operative 2nd check up today 3rd september at 10am. This was a prior appointment taken almost a week ago. I received message of the appointment confirmation.
Today on arrival with the 83 years fragile patient at 10am from the billing counter came to know that doctor changed opd time from 10am to 1pm.
On enquiring whether the patient party gets a information of this change of time i was informed yes but i didn't receive anyour call or message.
Waiting from 10am at 12:50pm i received sms that dr. Golam hasib will do opd from 1pm which i don't have any relevance ato all at that time.
On visiting a lady executive and information her this incident she sensitivity enquired her supporting may be subordinate executive but without understanding the core issue she just gave fake excuses. She was not aware of it. Respective deptt. Yesterday evening called me to confirm the changed time but due to network issue couldn't connect me. If that is so the sms which i received at 12:50pm today 3rd september could received that sms on 2nd september evening could be enough for me to take the necessary steps.
Very annoyed with this casual and shed of from soulder attitude.
