I am forced to put the below information on this site. I feel I have chosen the wrong brand Hyundai with the very bad service Centre Trident Hyundai Hosur road branch. I am feeling helpless and handicapped with the product and service. Sorry for using the wrong font size and color.

Horrible, shoddy, bad, atrocious experience with Hyundai Trident service Centre for my Hyundai X-cent car.
People Interacted during the stint at Trident Hyundai –Hosur road Centre: Service advisor: Vinutha, Insurance Advisor: Kiran, Service Manager Venkatesh, Chennappa and Reniaz. Service Team: Sajid, Pramod and Safwan
From the day of first service I am facing following issues with Hyundai X-Cent however this Centre is not able to provide the resolution to the problem. Awful service from the team (including service advisers, technical staff and service management).
1) Air conditioning was not working from the day 1 of the car purchase- have taken the car to their service center multiple times for the same issues. The service manager and their staff have retained the car in their center for service for more than 20days however the issue was not resolved. Later they have spent fuel approximately 14.5 liters on road test (for which I have paid from my pocket).

2) The steering of the car was not aligned resulting in car pulls towards the right side which was brought to the notice of the service team. They have opened the steering and have adjusted the settings however now the car pulls towards the left.

3) Insurance claim which the Trident Hyundai advisor guidance was not all appropriate and finally ended-up in paying 6500/- from my pocket. The Trident Hyundai personnel have lifted the Mobile charging cable from my car and when asked about the USB cable Insurance Advisor says “we have to speak to the technicians where the cable is kept. ( They are not even bothered and no shame to take the customer property)

4) Car cleaning: Car body and wind sheet cleaning is atrocious. During the second service the car body paint at bonnet and dickky is found to be scratched and up on asking the service advisor says a sorry by mistake while cleaning the scratches have occurred. I have noticed the Windshield has so many water marks, when I have brought this point, service advisors response is That’s all we can do for the cleaning.

5) 3M Anti –Corrosion Underbody coating: Trident has cheated me on the name of 3M coat. Coating was not completely covered underbody and able to see many areas which needs to be covered was not covered. Upon bringing to the notice to the service manager/service team have agreed that the technicians have done the mistake and they will rectify the problem.

6) Now at present the car is with Trident Hyundai Hosur road where the car wheel alignment issue needs to be addressed. The team is unable to set the alignment for which the car is with Trident for more than 6 days still the issues are not solved.
7) Mulitple times for the same problems needed to visit Trident and there was no proper response. Trident Hyundai Hosur road Centre is taking the customers for granted. The service managers say you may report to the Head office for the escalations.
If anyone is there to help me kindly let know how do I get the better service and to teach the good lesion to the carelessness and casual attitude of the service Centre in meeting the standards. The Tagline of Hyundai” Drive home A relationship” is being spoilt by the team. Not able to think “New thinking new possibilities” From the Hyundai I need the answers for the following questions:
1) Why the AC need to fail from the day 1 of the purchase in Hyundai Xcent – Are they using the substandard products? Is Hyundai not taking care of the Trident service Centre team in terms of regular trainings on technical aspect and behavioral aspects? If not such kind of atrocious and terrible service would not have experienced. If the Trident Service Centre is not able to zero-in the issue why the service manager (Venkatesh) has not contacted the Hyundai car principal at their Headquarters. For the test rides is Hyundai not able to simulate the conditions if so why the users petrol to be used. For almost 20days car is at Trident Hyundai Centre, Have anyone from Hyundai bother how the user has travelled his daily commutation? What happened to the Service adviser “ Vinutha’s” towards to the casual attitude in the entire episode
2) Trident Hyundai’s Insurance advisor (Kiran) behavior is that we are doing favor to the user. Where is the guidance towards the claims?
3) How the steering alignment can be wrong from the Hyundai Factory set car. What kind of PDI (pre delivery inspection) is done at the first point? Why these flaw is passed on the market? Why Trident people have not registered the issue on the JOB card on the steering tilt. How can they say to me it’s a minor issue? If it’s a minor issue why the car now is at Trident Hosur road for more than 6 days, still the car is not delivered? The service Mangers Chennappa and Reniaz are avoiding me?
4) The 3M anti corrosion underbody coating... Is it the standard coat which 3M recommends? Why there is a difference in the quality of the coat if it is applied with 3M? Why Trident team have not done the coating right at first time? Does Hyundai think that let the customer to come back for the uniformity of the 3M Anti corrosion underbody Coat? Why Trident is not covering the under body with the anti-corrosion coat? Why service team has to say that the technician has not done the work properly? Is it not the responsibility of Trident to ensure what is being coated and whether the coat is covered under body or not? Has there been no standard for how much amount of spray needed to be sprayed? Is this not cheating
5) Does Hyundai assures the Wheel alignment (Camber, caster, Toe) is correct as per standards? If so why Trident is negating with the me for adjusting with the actual readings (Camber -1.52, -1.36, Toe 11’ 11’ 22’ -0.03’ Caster 2degrees 59’. For how many does the car has to be at Trident for service. Why there is carelessness attitude with the Trident Service team including the Service Managers.
