[Resolved]  Trijal TVS Whitefield — TVS Apache 160 got lots of problems after servicing

Hi, This is one of the worst and painful experience for me. I have spent 7000 for this service as they asked me to replace battery, self start motor and rear wheel tyre. Now here are the problems i have faced after spending 10% of my bike value in 1 service - 1. Bike gear is not working fine. 2. Self was not working properly as it was not getting proper current. When i reported them in second go, they dint accept that there is any issue as out of 5 may e 1 or 2 time it doesn't work. However they dint bother to look into the issue when i asked them. Somehow i waited for sometime to simulate the issue and manage to simulate, then only they accept to look into this. 3. Rear breaks is not working properly. 4. Now the biggest issue which has forced me to make a complaint is fitting of rear wheel type which i bought this time. This tyre is wobbling so much that i can hear the sound along with friction while driving. I went second time in my office time bunking some meeting for self start issue and tyre wobbling issue.I don't know what they did but it stopped for sometime but surprisingly it was so temporary that it just last till 5 KM drive and it started all again. I went again on Saturday after my office and one of their staff identified that the tyre is fitted in reverse direction. When i asked them to correct this, with lots of attitude i got the reply that come on Monday since its 5PM and we can't fix it today (service center close at 7PM). I met to their sales manager and got the same reply. Somehow after long argument, they had been ready to fix it. Finally they reverse the tyre and i left the place as i thought it was done. But here is the surprise, after a day, i have started facing the same problem. I somehow manage to go again on next Saturday. Here again, i faced loads of attitude issue including their gatekeeper. They made me stand for around 20-25 mins and when i was requesting the gatekeeper to call someone from upstairs, he got angry and started saying no need to talk to me and talk only to mechanic. Somehow after waiting for 25-30 mins on around 40'C temperature, same guy came and said, it will take 4 hour to fix this since only puncture wala can do this tyre fitting. Again i end with long argument and pleading. Once he was satisfied with his attitude show off he agreed for 2.30 hour which i had to agree as i was out of options. Now i sit there in afternoon skipping my lunch and somehow they fix. But when i took trial, wobbling was not completely gone. When i reported the same to the mechanic, he discovered a new theory. He said wobbling is because front tyre is old and old type is new. So now you need to change the front tyre then it may go. I dint not accept this argument so finally they agreed to call their engineer. Now the representative of the service station has told me that you go we will call you once we will get the appointment from our engineer. I am still waiting for the same. I strongly believe that they will not do this till i will go again. Really looking for some other center where i can fix my bike still its not running properly. I am really cursing this Indian system where we don't have a regulatory body who can take action against these thieves and we can get some satisfactory answer. If anyone has any other forum like this, please tell as i seriously want to complain formally against them. Best Regards, Praveen
