On 20/06/2022, my bike stopped suddenly and didn't start at all. Tried to start the bike through self start as well kick but no luck. I took the bike to TRIJAL TVS MOTOR SERVICE CENTER situated in MARATHAHALLI - 560037.
I followed up multiple times nearly about 20 times to the service center but they keep telling me that they have placed order for the parts and need to wait for it. Below are the parts details and the timeline for ordering and repairing the bike.
1. ECU: it took more than 2 weeks time to order and repair but it didn't work
2. Wiring kit: it took another 2 weeks of time to order and repair but it didn't work
3. Magnet for passing current issue: it took another 10 days of time to order and it came but the skilled technician is not able to figure out the actual issue and how to fix it.
4. Again they have order stator assembly and it came but still didn't get any response from the TVS team after multiple follow ups. So, similarly they are doing trial and check method for resolving the issue but when asked they are not sure about the actual problem of my bike and keep on passing the time.
Note: Currently they have all the parts to test and start the bike but no response / update from them.
Now its 30/07/2022, I want to know whether it will take again 1 month in a authorized TVS service center to come to a conclusion of start problem, which was earlier decided as Simple ECU Problem.
The response from the service center is not at all at the accepted terms, in the way they responded to my calls and follow ups.
Kindly request you to look into it on highest priority and get my vehicle repaired at the earliest as possible.
