We talked to agent Mr Ajeet Singh of Trip clues for room booking in Sonali Hotel Puri from 1st to 3rd Sept '22. Even we have paid Rs 5000 via IMPS in the name of Trip clues on 12.8.22.
On 31.8.22, day before journey he told that a room in Sonali Hotel could not be arranged, instead he booked a room in Ocean View hotel.
After reaching Puri, we found that no room was booked in any of the two hotels. Even the money receipt he gave in the name of Sonali Hotel was fake.
When we called, he told that he will refund money in our bank account, but now he is only taking time.
