THESE PEOPLE WILL ASSURE TO CANCEL ONE'S TRIP.
We regret to have fallen into the trap of such a fraud company (TRIP TOURS). They are a group of fraudulent running travel businesses online and scamming and fooling people
On 24th November 2023, one of the sales members contacted me after an inquiry on a famous travel portal (Hello Travel) and they shared the itinerary. We compared with other travel agent and finalized their package quoting Rs.55000/- inclusive GST. We made an advance payment of Rs. 10, 000/- on 30th November 2023 around 2 pm. Since then their sales executive stopped picking up my call as I needed confirmation. Later I asked my friend to contact them, and they immediately picked up his number and replied. Although they said we would receive the invoice in no time we received the invoice after 3 days, that too on continuous calls and reminders. In this between none of them picked up my call. They had already informed us that within 2-3 days they will send the hotel confirmation voucher. Later on 5th December 2023, I called a person named PRATAP (supposedly senior), he picked up my call and assured me that they had received the hotel confirmation and sent the voucher the same day. Although I have not received the voucher and over it, no one from this fraud gang is receiving my calls. On 8th December, I called these people from another number and they instantly picked up my call and after knowing that I was enquiring about our trip, he cut the call and switched off the number. I waited for their reply, and later I informed you.

SEVERAL SCAM REPORTS:
I trusted Hello Travel and booked my tour to my shock I came to know that there are several Scam reports recently on Google and tripcrafters websites. (Please find all attachments)
FAKE ADDRESS:
They have mentioned different addresses on Google and WhatsApp business accounts, One of my friends in Delhi went to the mentioned address in Noida and there is no office of theirs.
They are running a Fraud company that has a GST registration in the name of Deepika Devi.
After receiving the complaint mail, these people contacted me and my friend and said they would refund us the entire amount (Rs. 10, 000/-) But till now I have not received any money and am continuously calling them. But no one is responding. Tried contacting them from other numbers but they are just cooking up stories(payment is in progress, there is marriage in their family, etc)
These people have already ruined our trip and also many others before. With no options left, I have to Report a Cybercrime Complaint against these people.
