I am a post paid subscriber of internet services with this company in Gurgaon. I had heard a lot of good reviews about this company so when I moved here, I took their connection. However, I have had only bad services from them since the beginning. Although they promised to start my connection from the 25th of the month (day when I moved into this new property), they started it from 17th of the month (the day i filled up their forms). That way I lost valuable days of the month. That was still okay. What comes next is near to harassment by the company.
1. Even after multiple requests, tickets, calls, they will not correct my mailing address. They have put plot number as flat number and flat number as plot number. So they always end up reaching the venue of plot number 402 and search for flat number 266; while my real address is plot number 266 and flat number 402.
2. They stop my services every 15 days every month. When I file a ticket, then they take 24-48 hours to restore it. Their technicians will start working after 9:30 in the night and then close their shift at 11:30 in the night. So even the next day is gone because they will not start work before next evening.
3. Since my due date is 17th of the month, they will close my connection at mid-day of 16th every month. Even after I recharge, they will wait for me to raise a ticket every month to have it restored.

I need internet 24/7 due to my work type. It seems that this company is enjoying this entire episode since December 2020. I truly need to escalate these issues with the company and if possible with outside intervention. I am also thinking of filing a formal consumer court complaint if not resolved to my satisfaction, soon. I will also demand heavy compensation monetarily.
