Sir, we a group of 12 person including one senior citizen and 4 children. Had booked online trip for himachal through website www.tripmanza.com and we paid an amount of 330000/- as 30 percent booking amount online 11000/ on 9/04/2019 and 22000/ on 20/04/2019 respectively. After that we were supposed to make the remaining payment on reachinng delhi. But a fraud was done with us no one reached delhi to pick us up nor our hotels were booked. When we reached the place mentioned on the bill we found no one there. After continous calling they picked the phone and said they dont have office in delhi. But they have in west bengal. They agreed to refund the money. But now they are not even picking up the phone. We had to undergo a mental pressure as there was nothing booked on reaching delhi.
