Tripmegamart — B2B Travel System - Not Working Properly

Last June 2022, I engaged their service for Developing a B2B Travel Booking Engine / Portal at the price of 1, 600 USD.

After the delivery of the finished website or portal, we found and discovered errors in booking. The system cannot book any flight or any hotel.

We raised the issue to them. They only return the loadwallet that was debited from the wallet. But they did not check and fix the errors on the system that they have developed.

Since the portal was developed up to this moment, there was no booking that was successfully made on the travel portal that they have made for us.

They did guide through TeamViewer, but the problem was not solved yet.

It is almost a year already and our business got a huge loss already because of their service. They have given us a system which is not functioning properly.

We cannot get any refund from them even though they have given us a not working system.

I am very disappointed to this company. It caused a lot of headache and problem to us.

What I want only is to get a refund, or if not, they give me a system that is 100% working properly.
