Triumph Motorcycle Ltd — Stalling Issue Frequently - Faulty Bike

Hi,

I bought a new Triumph Motorcycle Speed400, wherein informed multiple times regarding STALLING ISSUE, but they are not able to resolve the same. Always give update is coming.

I have raised the complaints twice, but no such resolution came. Its almost more than 3 months.

Even whenever I submitted the bike they not even took the trail after the service. When I asked they were like with not proper answer.

THE STALLING ISSUE IS BEEN FACED BY MORE THAN 100+PLUS OWNERS, as per my knowledge. BUT COMPANY SERVICE CENTER ARE NOT TAKING IT SERIOUSLY. MANY OWNERS INFORMED THEM TOO. BUT NO PROPER REPLY FROM THEM.

EVEN ALL THE SHAMAN TRIUMPH STAFF IS AVAILABLE IN THE GROUP, THEY JUST READ THE SMS. NO SUCH UPDATE ON THE ISSUE NOR THEY REPLY ON OUR ISSUES.

I didn't expected this type of support from such a well known brand in the market.

While riding with my dad and wife, even at that time, the bike stalled multiple times. Today while returning to home from office, the bike stalled twice and both the times I was almost died due to sudden bike stall.

I bought the bike to ride, not to die.

If the issue is not resolved on URGENT BASIS or I didn't received any reply in a WEEK TIME, I will go ahead to consumer court and even take a legal action, wherein I want my money back and for compensation as well.

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
