I have enrolled my daughter at T.I.M.E Institute, Sector 14, Gurgaon for CAT Coaching in Dec'20. At the time of enrollment, I told Mr. Grijesh Gupta, who co-ordinates at T.I.M.E Institute, Gurgaon, that my daughter is not comfortable with online classes and he assured me that they will shift online classes to offline as per Government instructions. In Jan'21, I requested him to consider offline classes now, as schools started opening, to this he denied says, that only schools can re-open and there's no circular, specifying opening of Coaching Centres, so they won't open it. Myself and my daughter had several discussions with him and ultimately my daughter stopped having CAT classes because she is not comfortable with this system. So I have requested them to refund my money, which he is procrastinating for last 10 days. Was this information helpful? |
