I’m sharing my experience so others don’t go through the same.

On 23rd September 2024, I signed up with M/s Trivial Chapter for their Overseas IT Job Placement in Italy plus visa assistance under their European Residency Program. The total fee was ₹3, 90, 000 — I paid ₹50, 000 as the first installment.

The agreement clearly stated the job and visa process would be completed in 3–6 months. By 23rd March 2025, there should have been results.

But here’s what happened:

No job offer materialized.

No visa process began.

Updates were vague and non-committal.

When I asked for a refund, on 24th April 2025 they offered only ₹41, 000 back, deducting ₹9, 000 for reasons never mentioned before — and added new refund conditions not in the contract. I refused and asked for my full ₹50, 000.

I have now taken the matter to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mysuru (case filed on 9th June 2025, currently pending).
