I have been contacted by Sri lavanya. she attached to Mr.Arun (Account Manager).Mr Arun made verbal promises that he will process Norway work permit with 4 months & made me to pay Rs.50000.00.(Fifty thousands signed up with Trivial chapter on 1st May 2025. He didn't tell the terms & conditions. After payment made me sign on agreement. After that for POA he asked for another Rs.50, 000.00 payment. Trivial chapter collected 2nd installment on 26th June. After the payment Arun stopped responding to calls & no response to emails. I started complained on their official grievance. No response from grievance too. Months later they changed account manager named Poojitha. She doesn't know about the profile. Ms Nirupama named as South business head, nevers responds to calls & emails.
Trivial chapter has changed the office without information to clients. I requested Lavanya & Arun multiple times to tell the office location but refused.
Ms Nirupama & Arun tried to switch to another countries which I am not interested.
Now poojitha (Account Manager is now threatening that I will never get refund from Trivial chapter.
Ms Lavanya blocked my number.
My sincere request not to approach Trivial chapter. They don't have visa success rate. They collect money from clients & never respond. Was this information helpful? |
