I am writing this complaint against Trivial Chapter immigration Consultancy. In March I came across Trivial Chapter Immigration Consultancy on Instagram and contacted them at Kukutpally Hyderabad branch and after proper discussion I signed in for Portugal Residency Program PR by making my first payment on 26th March 2024 for 1 lakh Rupees and signed the agreement. In April on Internet I saw Portugal immigration getting closed and lot of youtubers making videos on this so I was the first one to call Trivial Chapter Kukutpally branch Hyderabad and told them there was news on internet that Portugal immigration has shut down so please refund my money. They said no your application is going smoothly because you already got your Portuguese Tax number which is NIF, so new rules Portugal immigration getting closed is not applicable for you. Portugal NIF Tax number is like our Indian PAN number, Aadhar card number. So these Trivial Chapter Immigration Consultancy at Kukutpally Hyderabad branch told me its applicable only for new candidates they cannot apply for Portugal but your application is going smoothly as you got NIF. So make your next payment of 3, 45, 000 Rs. I blindly trusted them and made the payment of 3, 45, 000 lakhs on 22nd May 2024. Again in August I was told to make 78, 000 Rs payment which was for booking my Visa and everything was good in my case. So on 27th August 2024 I made payment for Visa booking. However in November they called and said Portugal immigration closed so we will send you to Greece or Italy. When I questioned them that 8 months back I was the first one who told you them that Portugal immigration was closed then why did you say my application is going smoothly and took more lakhs of rupees from me this is not correct you people cheated me and now forcing me to go to Greece or Italy. I refused to go but they still sent me Greece agreement and forcing me to sign which I did not sign. When I am asking for refund they are refusing to refund my 5, 23, 000 lakhs and are threatening me saying if you go against us we will file defamation of 2 Crores on you. Our boss Ajit Mishra owner of Trivial Chapter Immigration Consultancy based out at Lisbon Portugal is politically very influenced no police can do anything. The Hyderabad police is good for nothing. I went to KPHB Police Station but none helped me they said today is Ekadashi our police is stationed near temple, no writer to write complaint, no CI and SI in police station we will call you in 2 days in December month, till date none called me it's been 3 months. Looks like Hyderabad KPHB Police got some money bribe share from Trivial Chapter as such they are least bother to look into this scam. I dont have trust in KPHB Police Station Police Hyderabad because of those Police, for sure instead of helping the innocent victims they will harass me even further as such I dont want to become a target in the hands of KPHB Police. The Trivial Chapter Immigration team at Kukutpally branch Hyderabad her name is Nirupama Goud and Amreen say our boss Ajit Mishra is very powerful dont mess with us by complaining we will put defamation of 2Cr on you. I am totally stressed and unwell after I lost my hard earned money to Trivial Chapter Immigration Consultancy Fraud Scam. I request you all to please look into this and help me get back my money 5, 23, 000 lakhs. I have all the payment proofs, Portugal Settlement program agreement, Portugal NIF Tax number. This scam is happening all over India its just not me. I am really scared where this KPHB Police Team will call me and harass me just to protect Trivial Chapter owner Ajit Mishra, Nirupama Goud and Amreen. After knowing I lost money to such fraud immigration Consultancy my mother got admitted in ICU and became quite depressed and anxious that in the last 3 months twice she got hospitalized I can provide every medical proof from the hospital. I am struggling a lot with parents heath issues and now this scam by Trivial Chapter has added more weight to my on going health problems. After writing this complain for sure I don't want to go to Portugal or any European country because Ajit Mishra owner of Trivial Chapter is sending aspiring candidates on some Asylum, Refuge Red Cross scheme which is nothing but to live as a illegal Citizen which I am really scared to go and get myself into trouble for no fault of mine. This Trivial Chapter Kukutpally branch Hyderabad and Ajit Mishra are doing illegal activities using innocent candidates like us under this Portugal PR Residence Program and other European PR program schemes. Please take severe action against Trivial Chapter Immigration Consultancy branches from all over India by shutting them off because through fancy fraud advertisements of settling in beautiful Europe country they are playing around with our careers with fake offers and false promises by collecting lakhs of rupees. Lot of well educated good work experience candidates are losing they hard earned money, they good health, they high paying jobs and they career is getting ruined by Trivial Chapter Immigration Consultancy Fraud false PR Program advertisements. I request to please look into this and take severe action against Trivial Chapter Immigration Consultancy. I wish none goes through this fraud immigration scam get in trouble get forced to live and work as illegal Immigrants and later regret. Please do the needful.
