Trivial Chapter and Zap europe are same company, The company has taken advance in the name of Job permit for Dubai visa, By the contract the company had to complete the procedure by 45 days but unfortunately after 8 months passed the company has not given any update, When there was a raid in hyderabad branch of Trivial chapter the Staff of Zapeurope had also gone missing and they did not connect at all, the phone were switch pff and even mail were ignored and now after 8 months they call up and asked for further 120 days which we denied, hence we asked for refund for full amount which again they are not updating, the grievance counselor keeps on delaying the update, and now again the counselor phone have gone switch off the grievance Nos Is RAHUL[protected]. he keeps on commiting that we will do but nothing is moving ahead, Kindly arrange a refund for the advance paid, i m fed up following for this refund Was this information helpful? |
