Triviya.com — wrong delivery received & fraud of rs. 25000

I order a black colour dress but i received wrong delivery which is saree on 8th june 2018. Ref. No. 202388; order id-3020841;tracking id[protected]
When i called to customer care for help they manipulate nd deduct rs. 25000 from my bank account by fraud call, they told me they will return my money bt yet they have not returned. Please do needful.
