And finally they messaged me like this:

-legal department file a case against you, if you want to close the case then pay admin charges 3900rs
-Already told na all details all condition
-If you not achieve 85% accuracy or if you submit incomplete work then you have to pay that admin charges
-Dear Sir/Mam,
Today you received a legal Intimation from legal team delhi check your mail and contact to legal Department and pay admin charges, if you will not pay it by today then we have to send you the legal notice under sec 73, 74, 75 and the lawyer charges will added towards it.
