True Seasons Holiday — The company closed without notice and no refunds

I am also the one who took there membership.

I am also trying to contact these guys. But none of the number is working now. But there website is working http://trueseasons.in/.

I just now came to know that they have closed the company. How to take legal action?

We need to form a community to get back our hard earned money. I paid around 33k

Even i am member to TRUE SEASONS. I just came to know about this yesterday only. I just tried to open their website to book for holiday in this DUSSEHRA. It was not available. Then called Shivanna & Office land line, both were disconnected.
I have paid Rs.16000/- 2 years back

Even I am a member of true season and we also had lot of holiday renaming with them as there phone and all are not reachable i guess we should do a FIR or register a complain in consumer forum they might help us.

I have taken the premium membership and paid Rs. 18, 000/- on that day. I have not taken any package, and lost the whole amount. Their mobile does not exist now, no landline, and no office. Shivram is the manager who took money by me.
Must take strict action on these frauds.
