On 3rd march 2019, i ordered for dialvision, an adjustable site (Myopia) with ordr no-13044. For rs-1199/- (Rupees one thousand one hundrad & ninty nine). I received it on 11/03/2019 by courier, signed my my wife r. Padmavathidevi as iwas in duty at that time. It was delivered to address-

G6 block ii govt. Medical staff quarters, jesus nagar, anantapur, andhra pradesh
515001 ananthapur ap
India.
In the evening while tried to adjust the lenses, right sided lense was not being adjusted, same thing written to them but not received any reply. Then again on 17/03/2019, i wrote to " about the problem. But not giving reply. I request you arrange give cash back.

Updated by romalaramachandrudu Day bye day cyber criminals are increasing, when I complained to Indian consumer forum reg.faulty working of Dialvision ( Adjustable Vision Spects) received call from [protected] & [protected] on the same day afternoon asking about my bank details to drop the money in to my account.I told A/C No only.Why they are asking User id & password details of the Bank.I don't know how they got my phone number .In my previous complaints to this forum I never got such experience.

The phone numbers given, nobody responds it only rings.

This is a fake website and doing fraud with its customer.i ordered a adjustable sunglass but it's not working and I mailed company official site but still no response from truevish site.so guys please Don't purchase any item from truevish it's a fake and fraud website doing fraud with his customers.

Dear sir,
I have received the ORDER AR31988, which is adjustable spects, the produt is not working enen after adjusting as per the instructions.
The lenses are coming out, the nose pad is also coming out, and the appearence of the spects are very nasty and cheap looking like a childrens spects sold in village cornival.
Finally it is useless and waste of money.

All the reviews shown along with the product are false.
The product is not classic and a cheap product such as items sold in village carnivals.
