Trueway Packers And Movers — Items not delivered

I wanted to move my scooty and hand bangs one with cloths and one with documents. I chosen Trueway Packers and Movers for moving.
I got call and message from [protected](Trueway agent) and given quotation.
I paid 9294(including insurance and tax).

They sent me insurance copy from Chola MS General Insurance.
Initially Trueway agent told they ship in 3 days, but even after 1 week my items not delivered, when I call them, everyday they say you will receive Tomorrow but even after 1 week they don't deliver. I called insurance company customer care the policy number seems invalid.

I want you help in resolving this, the agent number is [protected] and his supervisor number is [protected].
