[Resolved]  Tryen Technologies Fraud (Thomas George) — Payment not released

I am working with Mr. Thomas George since last 6 months. He did payment on time in starting. Now he has many issues in contents and he is asking for content replacement which he has already published on the web. He is asking for August's 2013 contents for replacement but it is not possible to replace these contents which are already published and now he is not doing my payment (more than 5.5k INR). Mr. Thomas George's Points are: You told me that you will edit the content as and when required (But how can i edit already published contents?) He is saying your content quality is not good. (If content quality is not good then how he can publish the contents?) So my concern is this please do not work with him without any advance payment.
