I have two investments in Tata Companies and I have been toiling and sweating tears for a good 6 years now but no end in sight. Because these share certificates are over 30 yrs old I have been sent through the rigors of the paperwork hitherto unseen ever.

I have tried to abide by the requirements thrown at me and I still don't seem to satisfy their requirements. Is there a way to get the case resolved via middlemen who help folks such me? I don't mind the cost provided they are reasonable. I am close to retirement and live overseas. I can't be running to gov't agencies buying stamp paper, getting them notarized and mailing them to Mumbai only to see the entire package being returned because I missed something somewhere. The last time I sent them the entire set of paperwork was after I got it cleared by their own employees at their Bangalore offices. It is frustrating and mind numbingly exhausting. I don't mind the effort if they recognize it and just resolve it. Besides the amounts are not HUGE and may be no more than Rs 30, 000 which is not much by today's standard. Please help.
