Hi Team,
I have booked an online special entry dharisanam on 13th November for the slot 9:00 am for 5 Pilgrims with a booking amount of 300INR per head as a total of 1500INR. After deducting the amount form the bank it is showing payment failed .But the amount is detected from my account, please find the details below.

kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.
