[Resolved]  Tughlakabad — consignment yet not received

i posted this item (EH[protected]IN) on 17th September 2014 from Gurgaon to Tuglaqabad extension and I tracked this item on 20th September morning and found that on 19th September this item has been delivered to kalkaji post office so I called the kalkaji post office and went to receive the item from post office but he denied and said that the item will deliver at home and receipt person was waiting of delivery agent but no one came at home to deliver the item and today is Sunday and that is very important please take this matter seriously and please deliver this item as soon as possible this is my humble request .
