I ordered a grey suit from Tulsi Trendz online website it's a silk dress cost 649+60 rs shipping. I got the confirmation of this order on my mail, after 2 days i also got the messege from corier partner. After 3 days i got my parcel but when i opened it i was shocked they sent me a blue georget saree instead of that grey dress. But than i thought it might be a mistake from seller side. I called tham so many times but call didnt connect. I also sent email so many times with the images of that saree i received but no response from their side. After that i doubted about the authenticity of the company than i googled about it. And came to know about tulsi trendzs. There was alot of complaints regarding same issue i faced. They put very expensive dresses on the website with the cheap price so customers attracts n buy tham but as they are fraud they send a very cheap price cloth to the people n earn money.
I have taken an action against tham.
Complaint in consumer forum n grah suraksh. they should punish for this fraud.
