I gave my Puma Motorsport Scuderia Ferrari white shoes for cleaning to Tumbledry Saket. The shoe was picked up from my address on 6th Aug and was supposed to be delivered back after cleaning on 13th Aug.
On 13th Aug they gave me a call and said we will deliver on 14th but on the same day evening I got a call from store that my shoes are missing and they will be paying me my shoe cost and the service charge I paid for cleaning.
I have received two calls from tumbledry after that to know my shoes value and service cost I paid, where my shoe costs 6999 and 750 cleaning which total adds up to 7749 that Tumbledry has to pay me.
It’s been two weeks and I did not receive my shoe or my money, everytime I give them a call they say that it has been escalated and no other update.
