As a registered partner on Turtlemint (@helloturtlemint), my experience has been nothing short of deeply disappointing. We onboarded onto your platform last month and successfully sourced 2 policies before the 10th of August. We subsequently found out that certification was pending, which we completed and cleared on August 10, 2026.
According to Turtlemint's own payout policy, any business sourced between the 1st and 15th of the month is supposed to have commissions credited by the 15th of the following month. However, despite fulfilling our obligations, we have still not received our money due to a continuous cycle of false assurances, fake promises, and complete apathy from your support teams.
It is utterly unacceptable how partner support operates here. I strongly advise new users and prospective partners not to source any policies through Turtlemint, as you will likely face the same financial runaround and delayed payouts.
If our legitimate commission is not credited immediately, I am formally escalating this matter to the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (@irdaindia) to investigate these unfair practices.
