I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent issue with my CIBIL report. Despite having cleared all outstanding balances on my loans several years ago, my CIBIL report continues to reflect these accounts as overdue or outstanding, which is negatively impacting my credit score.
I initially raised this concern in 2025 regarding my loans associated with the Money in Minutes app. I had availed multiple small loans through the app in 2019 and ensured that all repayments were made on time. However, several of these accounts are still not marked as closed and are incorrectly reported as overdue in my CIBIL report. This has led to repeated rejection of my recent loan applications.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the lender, I have unfortunately not received any response.

Additionally, I am unable to locate the application on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
I kindly request you to investigate this matter at the earliest and update my CIBIL report to accurately reflect these accounts as closed. I have attached relevant documents, including my CIBIL report, bank statements, and loan details for your reference.
