Outstanding Issues Requiring Resolution
I respectfully seek intervention regarding the following matters:
a. Payment of three (3) months' notice pay in accordance with the employment contract;
b. Payment of salary due for the month of May 2026 up to 29 May 2026;
c. Full and final settlement of all outstanding salary, contractual dues, reimbursements, and benefits;
d. Leave encashment and all accrued employee benefits;
e. Provident Fund records and confirmation of statutory compliances;
f. Issuance of relieving letter, experience certificate, and complete service records;
g. Issuance of Form-16 and all applicable tax-related documents;
h. Reimbursement of all pending business travel and related expenses incurred from September 2025 until 29 May 2026;
i. Copies of all documents, records, reports, correspondence, findings, and materials relied upon in making the termination decision, including disciplinary, investigative, HR, and management review records;
j. Written clarification regarding whether and how my prior complaints concerning workplace harassment and related concerns were considered during the decision-making process leading to my termination;
k. Payment of any applicable interest on delayed payments and dues as may be permissible under applicable law.
