We booked train regarding no:07491 we are travelling from rajahmundry to tirupati we are in the railway station at 8pm the train is 8:20 but the railway station employees without any announcement of the train details the itrain is departed when iam asking abt the issue they telling we dont know anything we are not responsible there are so many trains are coming d going how we can tell u that is ur fault to see the chart and they are using unparlamentary words to me when i said i complient to the media especially tv9 abt the issue they told to me thay will pick a single hair whatever u want to do doit we dont care abt anything so please take a reaction d show them the power of media d the common person thankq.
