Pb3044tw05110 due to some problem bank has closed my account where ecs present. And i call customer care of tvs they told pay installment in advance through online then the ecs is stop. From your account. But i pay installment for the month of august due on 07/08/2017 i pay installment on dated 28/07/2017 in advance. But they present ecs on bank august 2017 and bounce charges of rs.400/- when i pay installment in time whey i pay bounce charges at present i pay this charges but i call three or four time to customer care and send mail but they do not wavied this charges
