My last monthly payment not deducted on 7 October 2018 not due to insufficient balance but because of technical issues of tvs credits. which may be almost in many cases . After all I contacted the tvs credit team and 2 agents get the due amount by cash on 18th October. After it till now 20th december 2018 I don't receive the n.o.c but got charged 430rs. for making bounce.
Now, whom should I complaint against this scam because nobody is taking responsible for this and I had to pay 430rs. unnecessary for n.o.c which is not my fault.
