If you are planing a vehicle loan, better find another source of finance. Once trapped dont expect a fare trade with TVS. I availed moratorium&same was acknowledged by TVS by SMS. Later even I paid all my dues. But even after moratorium apart from intrest TVS billed delay charges&cash bounce charges. I raised query&TVS replied that I have not availed moratorium. I can't fight&waste my time&money in courts. so finally I paid all charges to get rid of TVS trap. Hope it's helpful for you.
