Tvs Credit Services Limited — not giving the clearance for hire purchase termination rto rta kurnool

I have purchased tvs zest and cleared loan and noc issued from tvs credit services. I was applied for hire purchase termination to rto and copy of the same was sent to tvs credit services kurnool branch in the month of january 2020 for clearance and personally attended to the branch but till to day they are not send clearance to rto kurnool even after so many time reminded by phone to the concerned in kurnool branch. The person who attending this subject in kurnool branch is very irresponsible and irregula
