It has been a bad experience at TVS Service center which is located at Ulhasnagar, TVS Supreme, I have TVS Jupiter MH05 EE 6228, on 30th of Jan 2021, I have visited TVS Supreme Service center to repair my Vehicle's side panel as it was dent damage (Refer the attached Image 1)
But at the time of receiving the vehicle .i.e. on 31st Jan 2021 from TVS Service Center the vehicle's Tail light was broken, how could vehicle light got broken when it was in a good condition before the servicing, When investigated the answer were manipulating from Technicians and not constant, as Advisor was loyal from his side, but technician were making incorrect statement said " There were tail light broken at initial stage itself, if broken why could not inform to consumer..??, why not mentioned in the bill..?? or on the job card..???? even no support from the Manager o[censored]lhasnagar Branch TVS Supreme (Image 2 : After servicing Light broken by TVS technician)
For to compensate TVS Supreme dealers handed a note stating they will give discounts on further services as damage was incurred by them, not acceptable I want my tail Light should get repair. (Image 3 :- Compensate Note)
If such unfair trade practices are done by these technicians, so no one would trust TVS motors, at least be loyal where you work.
