I got a call on 27th july from this company from the girl. Name nisha and told me i'm suitable for this work and told me that i need to complete 800 forms within 7 days with only one pc and u cannot login logout several times and that only 80 forms with errors are acceptable. They told me i did not need to pay nothing for the work the girl took details from me like my i'd proof, email id, contact no., name she told me to sign an agreement everything seems to be good so i did it later after signing the agreement she told if i will. Not be able to finish the work on time i need to pay 4500. And told me that need to call me before starting the work i choose to start from 29th july but refused to work and tried to call her on 28th but her no. Was switched off so i left her the msg on whatsapp telling her i don't want to work so kindly cancel my contract she saw the msg but didn't replied then i asked for her confirmation again she did the same. So i didn't bother for it. Then today on 5th august i got a call from there legal department girl name was swati patel she told me that i was suppose to submit the work today i told her that i asked your agent to cancel my agreement and even asked for her confirmation but she didn't bother to and even told her that i don't have any data of your company she told me to talk to her customer care head and till then she will get in touch with nisha the number she gave was invalid i asked for valid number i called there customer care head she told me i need to talk to nisha and that she can't tell me who is right or wrong. Later i got a call from that swati again and nisha was also on conference she started screaming on me telling me i informed you before it will not be cancelled which was a lie because she didn't and she kept on screaming on me and when i told her that your number was switched off and you didn't even to reply me on whatsapp so she told me she is not suppose to do that and i need to call her. She kept on screaming and telling me the same thing later swati told her to hang up swati started telling me that in company's data it is showing that work is provided to you i told her i don't have any data of your company so she told there is no use of telling her the same thing again and again and told me i will get a legal notice from there within 4 days so be ready with your lawyer and that she will see me in the court.
