This company gave me a work from job, a typing one, which I later found out was impossible to do in the given time frame. It was all their game plan to give impossible work and at the end not pay anybody. After a week, when the given time ended, they asked me for penalty that I didn’t do the complete work and have to submit around Rs 6000/- otherwise they will file a case, they started to threaten me, telling me they will send me legal notices and with proceed with that. This is me complaining on the same day I received the threat “14/7/2020”. They said if I don’t pay it would cost me around 20-40 thousand for something legal and if i pay they won’t take any legal action. They took my digital signature while offering the job which I shouldn’t have given and they also asked for my adhaar card. But they didn’t say a thing about paying penalty if the work is not done by the end of week. I wouldn’t have taken the job if they have told me that. Plus, there is no agreement or terms and conditions link on their website as of today. I think this company is a total fraud and some action should be taken against them.
