Tyre On Wheels — did not get my order.

I had ordered for one tyre on May 21st 2015 and they said it would be delivered and fitted at my residence in 2-3 working days. Today it is June 9th and I have still not received the delivery. I have paid 1000 rupees online as advance payment by debit card. I have called them around 50 times so far most of the time not answered and sometimes when they do they just make up some stories and say it'll be delivered in 2 days or some nonsense like that! This is a fraud company and action should be taken against them for giving false promises and cheating the customers!
