Tyre On Wheels — Material not delivered and refund not processed

I had ordered tyres vide Order No: TOW15011Dec649742 on 17.12.2015, i had called up tranquil tyres many times to check on the status and they were following up the matter with tyre on wheels.
I checked their site with the order number on 13.01.2016 and came to know that the tyres were not dispatched
I had called their contact number and requested order cancellation and processing of the form in their website was also filled up requesting a refund.
I had called their contact number once again on 16.01.2015 at that time also their personnel confirmed that refund would be processed and credited back into the credit card account, but till now no confirmation received from them regarding cancellation by Email or SMS.
