Tyre On Wheels — Non delivery of products

I had ordered 2 maxixs 235/R15 75 tyres for my bolero camper vehicles on 29.05.2015 along with the payment .the time mentioned while booking was 15 days, after a month we started calling the customer care centre[protected] but the persons were not giving proper reasons, then we made a decision to change the company so we confirmed over phone to send JK company tyre but the amount paid was high so we told them to send 3 JK tyres, then after a month they sent a link to make the difference amount, we made the payment on 22.08.2015, all these discussion were with the call center. but till today no body is responding and we call they are giving fake tracking no which is not mentioned with the courier company . please guide me.
