Tyre On Wheels — Non Delivery Of Tyres

I had ordered 4 tyres online from the site www.tyreonwheels.com and also made the payment online. I was told that I would receive the tyres in 1-2 working days but I didnt receive any of them in more than a weeks time. Finally, after 10 days, I received 3 out of 4 tyres. I was happy but at the same time was shocked on receiving only 3 tyres instead of 4 even after the whole payment has been made. I have been trying to contact the company ever since then but they do not seem to pick up my calls. I have sent many mails, for which I havent yet received a reply. Now, after more than a months time, they seem to have just ignored my request for receiving something which I should have a long time ago. Hope, you can help me in this matter.
