Tyre On Wheels — Non delivery of tyres inspite of full payment made

I placed order for two tyres on 25 aug on their site tyreonwheels.com and made full payment of Rs 11760.00. the tyres were to be fitted on 27 Aug 15 but there was no response from their side inspite of calling them number of times on 28 aug i did not received any response since then their customer care number [protected] is also not responding. i want my refund so pl help me out with this.
