Tyre On Wheels — Paid item not received. Can't able to contact their customercare

I have ordered 2 tyres online thru tyre on wheels dated 16Aug'15. They have given the courier reference number for tracking. It shows the product has been shipped to trivandram kerala. But actual address is at Pune Maharastra. I was continuously trying their customer care email and number. Till date i have not got replies and even no one answered my call. I have done the full payment. This is my first worst experience. can you please help me to get out of this
