I have ordered 4 tyres for my car on 4th Jan2016. The moment I paid the money online, site did not generate the invoice or order no. After repeated trials to reach the customer service, once I caught hold of one service guy and requested him to cancel the order as, he mentioned it would take a week to reach the wheels to me in Bangalore. And, he told he could not generated order no as money paid by credit card is not settled. After three days of trial, i could get my order no only when asked status of cancellation and refund status. Thats it, its been three days.. no body picks call and no body respond to mails. Planning for consumer court case. What you guys suggest?. had any one got back their money ?. i heard case even after cancellation request they just send tyres(out dated) without refunding money. Please guide me. Regards, Kiran
