I have made an order for 150/50 MRF Revz - C tyre and I am yet to get a confirmation mail or shipping details from tyreonwheels. The order was placed on 19th Oct 2015 and I had placed it only because they made a promise that they can deliver the tyre on Saturday 24th Oct. My bike is in workshop and without the tyre I cannot get my bike.
Once, last week, the customer care rep replied via telephone that the item was shipped and they will update the tracking details. Still I have not received any responses, and not even order confirmation email !
I am done with my patience and I am to move legally as I have seen more people getting affected in large amounts.
