Tyreonwheels.com — Non-delivery of product, for which money already paid.

I had purchased a TYRE, from the website tyreonwheels.com, on nov 19th 2015, by paying the full amount via online banking

order number - TOW14678Nov[protected], 01:45:27 am)

the website advertised delivery of the product within maximum of 6 days from the date of purchase, when i checked my pin code with the estimated delivery time calculator given on the website.

Its been 7 days, and i haven't received any kind o[censored]pdate about the shipping/processing of my order.
when i tried the TRACK MY ORDER option of the website, i found that the status of my order is still shown as "processing".
as i became suspicious of this status even after 6 days, i tried contacting the customer care, on the number [protected], which is given on their website.
i tried calling atleast 40 times on the above number.the response i got was automated one telling - "all our customer care executives are busy at the moment.but your call is important for us.we have noted your number and our customer care executive will be calling you soon" . sadly, i didn't get any call from the customer care executives or anyone.also tried the whatsapp support number given on the website - +[protected]the response was - "hello, one of our agents will attend you shortly" - no one contacted me via whatsapp either.

increasingly suspicious, i searched the internet for similar complaints and was shocked to find out that the same company has cheated many people in the exact same way.

I request the concerned authorities to take SWIFT and STERN action against online fraudsters like this and refund my hard earned money as early as possible.
