Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Nagaraj from Bangalore. I had placed an order (Order ID: TOW12529Jul919809) for an Tyre on website www.tyreonwheels.com on 07Jul2015 after duely paying the amount.
Its been one month, since paying the amount, the tyre has not been delivered to my Bangalore address. I have sent mail requesting for information and when it will be delivered to [protected]@tyreonwheels.com on 28Jul2015, however there has been no response. I have made many calls, but the response has been very vague making false promises. The executive has been giving excuses of not delivering the tyre.
The executive mentioned that the tyre has been dispatched, but the tracking status is not updated in their site.
Today 07Aug2015, the executive (Exeuctive: Babu, Manager: Prakash Karant - as mentioned by the Executive answering the phone) mentioned that the Airway bill will be shared to me on phone by SMS and the Tyre will be delivered on 08Aug2015. However, the airway bill no. is not shared. I have the snapshot of the order placed, mail sent to Tyreonwheels.com and also call recordings with the executive of the company for any future reference.
I have been patiently waiting so that the company would promptly deliver, but there is no sense o[censored]rgency shown by the company or there is any mail correspondence from the company on the delay and probable date when it will be delivered.
