Tyreonwheels.com — Ordered products are still not delivered and when we are calling they are not responding properly

Hi,

We have ordered tyres on[protected]:54:18 in tyreonwheels.com website and we have paid(16300.00 Rs ) the complete amount while placing the order.

We have called many more times to customer care, when ever we are calling they are telling one or other status and some times they told us that my manager is not available right. We wasted so much of amount every time when we are calling to customer care number.

Till now we have not received the order.One day we sent a mail to cancel the order and refund the amount. After that also we called them and informed do something and refund my amount. Till today we have not received any update on this.
