Tyreonwheels.com — They not respond and even dont send the detials..its totally a misleading company

I have ordered a B290 BRIDGESTONE tubeless tyre worth 4475/- on TYRE ON WHEEL on[protected] with order id TOW12698 with my VISA DEBIT CARD but I didn't get any confirmation or dispatch information from them. I have called them many times but their reply is as follows " sir your order is dispatched it will be delivered to you by Thursday" I asked them for docket no. but they told me that they will send email by evening but they didn't send any email or any call...and I have send them many requests through their websites also but they didn't respond to any mail...and now they are not lifting the phone.. please respond regarding my issue and solve it and refund my money back...
